Melanie Schwartz began her Mary Kay business in June 2017 as her 3rd job while being a single mom of 3 girls who were 8, 8, and 5 when she started. She has been a consistent star consultant for all 30 quarters!

Melanie has earned 4 career cars including the iconic Pink Cadillac! Melanie has completed the Queen’s Court of Recruiting and the Queen’s Court of Sales all 7 years she has been in the company and has completed Triple Court 4 times with her highest at the $350,000 level! She was #14 and #10 in the Queen’s Court of Sharing in the Sapphire Seminar. Her highest commission check in 1 month was $15,226, which was nearly 5x what she made as a professor.

She is proud of transitioning from being a Ph.D.-level tenure-track professor of speech therapy to fully embracing the Mary Kay opportunity and all it has to offer. She now pursues her dreams and has worked her Mary Kay business full-time for 4 years. 

Melanie is proud of her persistence and daily fight while staying in connection with her mentors. She is learning how to fall down and get back up again quickly while moving forward, continuing to grow, and teaching others to do the same.

Melanie is proud that her 3 daughters have caught more than what was taught. As she sets big goals, works with her mentors, and pursues her dreams, her daughters emulate her. She is honored to continue Mary Kay Ash’s vision for a company that believes in the inclusion of all people in a truly diverse melting pot.

Melanie is privileged to be in the Cyndee Gress National Area and to be the offspring Sales Director of Jessica Schultz. Melanie is proud of her offspring Sales Director Ashley Steward. She is grateful for all of her powerhouse mentors throughout her success journey who push her, stretch her, and teach her daily while being the protectors of her dream to create The Miracle Workers National Area.
